Trading Post Center welcomes Inside Out Fitness

TAHOE CITY, Calif. and#8212; The Trading Post Center in Tahoe City is pleased to announce the addition of Inside Out Fitness to its business park.

Located across from the Lighthouse Shopping Center behind the Sawtooth Cafe in downtown Tahoe City, Inside Out Fitness offers 2,000 square feet of free weights, weight lifting machines, stationary bikes, stair masters and aerobic equipment as well as personal training and 24-hour access.

Bitar first began power lifting in 1984 and for many years competed successfully in regional events. Well-regarded as one of the areaand#8217;s more skillful personal trainers, Bitar emphasizes the basics of weight lifting, especially free weights, as a tool to improve symmetry and the Tahoe athletic lifestyle.

Our facilities are not very fancy, but instead a throwback to a traditional weightlifting club.
