TRUCKEE, Calif. and#8212; The Truckee Boy Scouts, Troop 267, will be setting up their Christmas tree lot this Friday, Nov. 26, at Mountain Hardware, 11320 Donner Pass Road in Truckee, 10:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m daily, Nov. 26-Dec. 24, while supplies last.

The troop cut and hauled more than 300 fresh red fir trees to raise funds for local scout programs, activities, 10-12 campouts as well as their annual camp. These trees have silvery-gray needles and a well formed layering that offers more exposure for your favorite ornaments.

Truckee Optimist will also provide noble firs for sale by Troop 267. These trees have blue-green needles and a nice fragrance. Super fresh trees with 100 percent of the profits going directly to Troop 267.
