TRUCKEE, Calif. andamp;#8212; In the spirit of community, the Truckee Downtown Merchants Association will host its monthly andamp;#8220;First Fridayandamp;#8221; event on Friday, Sept. 7, 5-8 p.m. in downtown Truckee. All are welcome and encouraged to attend this free community event.This monthandamp;#8217;s theme is andamp;#8220;Colors of Truckee,andamp;#8221; and participating businesses will offer a range of colorful demonstrations, live artist showcasing, featured artists and artworks, live music, food and wine tastings, refreshments, special andamp;#8220;color celebrationandamp;#8221; sales, and more.This monthandamp;#8217;s participating businesses include: Art Obsessions; Backstreet Boutique; Bespoke; Cabonaandamp;#8217;s; Dragonfly; Gratitudes Gifts and Home Dcor; Kitsch; La Galleria; Lorien Powers Studio; Mo, Jo andamp; Zoe; Mountain Home; The Cooking Gallery; The Treehouse; Riverside Studios; and White Buffalo.All participating merchants will display andamp;#8220;First Fridayandamp;#8221; flags. Celebrate the Truckee community and the andamp;#8220;colorsandamp;#8221; it inspires and experience all downtown Truckee has to offer with this fun, family-friendly local tradition.
