Truckee High School Senior Fashion Show is fast approaching

TRUCKEE, Calif. andamp;#8212; The Truckee High School senior class will step out on the runway modeling area stores’ latest gear and outfits at the annual Senior Fashion Show, Sunday, May 1 at 5:30 p.m. at the Truckee Community Recreation Center on Donner Pass Road.Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students and will be available at the door.Beyond enjoying all the notable shops’ clothing and hearing each students’ bio (and possibly where they are headed after graduation), attendees can bid on tempting raffle and silent auction items up for grabs including ski passes galore from Sugar Bowl, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Squaw Valley USA and Tahoe Donner, $300 treatment from Sierra Cosmetic Laser, $250 facial from Summer Wood Skincare, haircuts and beauty products donated by Marianne DeCrescenzo/True Salon and Images, carpet cleaning services, $125 gift certificate from Porters Ski andamp; Sport, two beautiful necklaces and matching earrings from Silpada, one night stay at the Village at Squaw Valley, Carmel Gallery and Gallery Keoki prints, life coaching, legal services, artwork and much more.Plan to attend this event which serves as the main fundraiser for Project Grad, providing a memorable grad night experience for a very deserving group of students.
