Truckee real estate agent earns certification
The Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) Certification is a nationally recognized certification by the National Association of Realtors to real estate professionals who wish to demonstrate the expertise in the varied specialty. More than 140,000 Realtors work in resort area and second home markets.
Jody Scowcroft of Keller Williams Realty, 11382 Northwoods Blvd., Truckee, received certification this spring. and#8220;It takes specialized skills and knowledge to maximize the business opportunities in resort and second-home markets,and#8221; said Allan and#8216;Dutchand#8217; Dechert, 2008 chair of the NAR Resort and Second-Home Committee.
Scowcroft has lived in the Truckee/Tahoe Area for 45 years and has been in Real Estate for 18 years.
She is committed to furthering her real estate knowledge at every opportunity, having obtained several designations in addition to RSPS.
She has built a reputation for client satisfaction and is devoted to making the process of buying or selling a home as smoothly as possible.
