Students without documentation of receiving this booster shot will not be able to start school this fall.Contact your child’s doctor now if your child hasn’t yet received a dose of the Tdap booster vaccine to schedule an immunization appointment.Pertussis, also known as whooping cough, is widespread throughout California.
