Since moving to California, Sally has developed and run the Nordic ski teams at the Auburn Ski Club, where she is currently cross country skiing program director. As an Olympian, Nancy competed in both the Calgary and Albertville Olympic games. In addition Nancy is a U.S. National Champion with 14 national titles.Two hours on snow will review various aspects of how you skate ski, help you correct bad habits, and identify opportunities for improving your skiing. The emphasis will be technique improvement for women, specifically balance and body position. The on snow instruction will be followed by 30 minutes of video review. It includes lifeguard training, basic first aid, and CPR for the professional rescuer with AED.
