Queen of Hearts Lauri Heath, head elf for project Senior Wish List, and all her supporting elves came through once again for seniors in our community. The hallway by Sierra Senior Services office was overflowing once again, all of us had to use our ballet talents to leap and tippy toe through the maze of beautifully wrapped gifts and bags full of goodies. The Meals on Wheels clients just love being remembered; the Queen of Hearts not only remember the, they adore them with care, love and compassion. The tears of joy and thanks when our drivers deliver our clientand#8217;s meals, along with bags full of gifts and food are overwhelming and#8212; our clients feel appreciated and valued. Our heart felt thanks go out to all the Queen of Hearts for sharing themselves with Sierra Senior Services staff and Meals on Wheels clients. These feelings last throughout the year for all of us.
