Truckee Trails Foundation announces new board members

TRUCKEE, Calif. andamp;#8212; andamp;#8220;We are pleased to announce the appointment of Colleen Dalton and Pat Souza to the Truckee Trails Foundation Board of Directors,andamp;#8221; said Allison Pedley, executive director.Colleen Dalton joins the Board as a leading expert on social, mobile, interactive marketing and communications. Dalton brings a passion for the environment and digital marketing expertise to the Truckee Trails Foundation and will serve on the Marketing and Development Committees. She also serves as Secretary on the Trails andamp; Vistas Board, and was Facilitator for Northstarandamp;#8217;s Environmental Action Team and Interactive Marketing Director for the Resort.Dalton worked as VP of Business Development for Myths and Mountains, an adventure travel company specializing in wildlife and the environment itineraries in Asia and South America as well as Sugar Bowl Ski Resort and the Resort at Squaw Creek. She achieved her e-MBA in 2003 and brings an artistic eye to the TTF Team with a Bachelors of Science (BS) in Graphic Communications.Colleen has lived in Truckee for 17 years, is married to Steve Jahnke of Sierra Window and takes her dog Baron on 30-40 miles of trail running a week.Connect with Colleen at: also welcomes long-time Truckee local Pat Souza, who currently works as project manager for Bruce Olson Construction. Avid hiker, cyclist and skier, father of two grown children raised in Truckee and Lake Tahoe. Souza previously served on the board of Far West Freestyle, organizing about 30 events. He was on the organizing committee for national events as well as being a technical delegate and a course official for USSA.
