Try one of Tahoeandamp;#8217;s new restaurants and support local youth mentoring

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nevada County (BBBSNC) announces the second opportunity for members of the Truckee-Tahoe community to support mentoring by eating out at one of Tahoeandamp;#8217;s best restaurants: On Aug. 6, Baxterandamp;#8217;s Bistro andamp; Lounge in the Village at Northstar has graciously agreed to host a andamp;#8220;Big Night Outandamp;#8221; and donate 15 percent of both lunch and dinner proceeds from Aug., 6 to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Nevada County. Big Night Outs are a fun way that members of the local community can enjoy a great meal while supporting mentoring for at-risk children in our local community. So mark your calendar for a Big Night Out on Aug. 6 at Baxterandamp;#8217;s Bistro andamp; Lounge in the Village at Northstar (near the gondola building). Baxterandamp;#8217;s is open from 11:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Call Baxterandamp;#8217;s at (530) 562-3200 for reservations, and see http://www.BaxtersBistro.com. BBBSNC plans to host a Big Night Out in the Tahoe-Truckee region every month, and is looking for other restaurants willing to host a fun-filled night and support this worthy cause. For more information on how to participate, please contact Board Member Paul Raymore at (530) 277-7894 or paul_raymore@yahoo.com.
