Mike Goehner

CRYSTAL BAY, Nev. — This week’s question: What’s your favorite part of Lake Tahoe’s fall season?

Here are the answers, as asked Monday in Crystal Bay:

Matt Harper, hospitality employee, Crystal Bay: “The hiking is nice. It’s not as hot and is less crowded.”

Mike Goehner, retired, Pioneer, Calif.: “(There are) less crowds. I just like to be able to meander, walk around without crowds.”

Liz Becker, self-employed, Dunnigan, Calif.: “The trees and weather. It’s just beautiful.”

Peter Spain, photographer, Crystal Bay: “SUPing on Lake Tahoe’s magical East Shore, our very own alpine Caribbean. Gotta love Tahoe.”
