Special to the Sun

KINGS BEACH, Calif. – Because the tougher it gets to be a kid … the tougher it gets to be a parent. The seven-week English program will begin Feb. 13, Wednesdays, 6-8 p.m. at the North Tahoe Family Resource Center, 8321 Steelhead Ave., Kings Beach. Classes are facilitated by parents accredited by the National Parent Project Program. The fee is $20 per family (includes workbook and refreshments).
