North Lake Tahoe real estate group featured in HGTV show

TAHOE CITY, Calif. — When Realtor Nicole Blair was approached last summer by the producers of "A Sale of Two Cities" to spotlight potential buyers in the Lake Tahoe area, she knew which clients to contact.
Nathan and Lauren Chorey had already been in the process of searching for a home to buy in the area and had a particular price point.
This fit the premise of the HGTV show — to compare two homes in different parts of the country that were available for purchase within a similar price range. All preparations were then put into place for production to begin.
When filming began, it was nonstop for three days. Blair — of Team Blair Tahoe Real Estate Group — took the Choreys to locales from the West Shore to Kings Beach, and the cameras never stopped rolling.
Blair would weigh the pros and cons of each property with her clients as she helped them toward their final decision.
According to the Choreys, it was an unbelievable opportunity to catch a part of their lives on TV.

"The producers really wanted to highlight our lifestyle here in Tahoe, so they took action shots of us hiking, skiing, biking and spending time at the beach with our kids," said Lauren, who works as a Lakefront and Luxury Home Listing Analyst for Team Blair Tahoe. "It was great having the opportunity to tour different homes with Nicole and finally making the final decision about which one was right for us."
The Choreys couldn't be happier with the home they chose, and with Blair's expert work as their Realtor.
"Nicole really went above and beyond for us, not just while the cameras were rolling, but throughout the entire process," they said.
