2010 Olympics: Mancuso 3rd halfway through super-combined

A day after earning to a silver medal in the womenand#8217;s downhill, Squaw Valley skier Julia Mancuso sits in third place after the downhill portion of the super-combined.

U.S. teammate Lindsey Vonn, who won gold in Wednesdayand#8217;s downhill, leads the combined after the downhill run, while Maria Riesch of Germany is in second.

The second half of the event, the slalom, is scheduled to start at 12:30 p.m.
