Big mack pulled from Donner
ALL |
Keith Zenker of Truckee caught this 41-inch, 23-plus-pound mackinaw from Donner Lake using a J13 Fire Tiger on Monday.
Zenker, 56, was trolling near China Cove at a depth of 52 feet in 80 feet of water. He said he gained most of his knowledge about fishing for mackinaw “from the good members of the Fish Sniffer” online forum.
Zenker has more photos and information about the catch at http://www.fishsniffer.com.
