Majors Angels and the Diamondbacks
On Tuesday May 13, the Angels took the lead in the first 3 innings 4-1. In the 4rth inning Brett Russon and Justin Vosburgh hit a RBI.
James Depew hit a single to drive in 2 runs to give the Diamondbacks a 1 run lead.
In the last inning Justin Vosburgh struck out 3 runners to finish the game.
Diamondbacks vs. Padres
On Saturday May 17, The Diamonbacks got a jump in the 1st inning with Myles Allen, Bryce Padelford and James DePew scoring runs.
In the 3rd inning Nick Meyer hit a home run.
Sam Allen caught two fly balls in right field.
The 5th inning had two RBI’s from Sam Allen and Myles Allen.
Nick Meyer also hit another homerum.
In the last inning Zach Harbinson struck out 3 batters to close the game. The Diamonbacks won with a final score of 12-5.
Brewers 10 , Phillies 9
Clayton Hamill threw for three innings. He went three for three with one walk, His hits came in the form of a double and a home run. He and scored three runs.
Alicia Nickerson went one for four with a sacrifice fly and a triple.
Andrew Straw went two for two with two walks. He also had a double, and scored two runs.
Cooper Davidson went two for two. He was hit by a pitch and walked. He also scored one run.
Mathew Rickert went two for four. He walked and scored one run.
Kent Taylor went one for two. He walked and scored one run.
Casey Peternell went one for one and scored one run.
4/10/03 – Devil Rays 10, Phillies 8
Cooper Davidson pitched 3 innings On offense he went four for four. He had a triple and scored one run.
Alicia Nickerson went two for three and scored one run.
Andrew Straw went four for four and scored two runs.
Trevar York went three for three and scored one run.
Padres vs. Reds
The Padres and the Reds had an exciting first four innings as Ethan Harman pitched an outstanding game. Catcher Christoper Raymer and third baseman Jared McDonnell trapped a Reds player between third and home to create an out for the Padres. Jared McDonnell’s home run sparked the Padres during a two out rally.
Orioles vs. Reds
It was a tough start for the Orioles but they ended up coming back from trailing 9-4 to getting nine runs in the fifth inning to conquer the Reds 13-9.
Nick Miguel had a great game pitching as well as hitting. He had a single, two doubles and a triple. Ryan Pearce, Scott Mathot, Kevin Cowie and Ryan Cook also had singles in the game.
Farm Division, Bulls vs. Red Wings
The Bulls, who scored 15 runs were led at the plate by Tyler Collins-Curtis and Isaiah Cutler. Each of them went four for four on the day and scored three and two runs.
Nathan Golden was the hardest hitter of the day, with hits that could be heard miles away.
Max Barta made a good stop on a hard hit ball to the pitcher and Andy McKechnie was solid at catcher.
