Local soccer and football coverage on Truckee Tahoe Community Television, Channel 6

Staff reports

Truckee Tahoe Community Television, Channel 6, continues telecasting Truckee High School football and soccer games from Surprise Stadium. Soccer will be broadacst live with a later tape delay date and varsity football will be tape delay only. This programming introduces a new level of service from TTCTV and will continue into the winter with selected girls and boys basketball games played in the Truckee High School gym. USA Media has been instrumental in making this coverage possible. They recently completed the wiring connection to Surprise Stadium to make it possible to route the video and audio directly to the TTCTV control room at Truckee High.

Paul Rose and Jack Davis will do the play-by-play and color for the Wolverine football games and Larry Leatherman will provide commentary for the soccer games.

Each weekend in October will feature football or soccer according to the following schedule. Any post-season zone or division playoffs will be covered if played in Surprise Stadium.
