Nordic racing | Sierra Skogsloppet to return Monday
A year after its cancellation, the Sierra Skogsloppet will return to Tahoe Donner Cross Country on Monday starting at 10 a.m. The race, which benefits the Truckee High and Alder Creek Middle School Nordic teams, includes a 15-kilometer fun course around the Tahoe Donner trails. The event will also include a 15 K, a 7.5K for juniors and novices and a 2K for youth under 13. Pre-registration is available until 5 p.m. Sunday: $25 adult, $18 junior, $5 youth. Race-day registration costs are $30, $23 and $5).
