Senior forward Samantha Jeffers led the Lakers in the loss against Fernley, as she posted a double-double with 16 points and 17 rebounds.

North Tahoe fell behind 16-5 after one quarter and trailed 30-11 at the half. Buhler said senior guard Irene Rojas took a knee to the thigh and left the game early, and the Lakers struggled in her absence.

Against Pyramid Lake, junior point guard Liz Buhler scored 11 points in less than two full quarters as the Lakers went to their bench before the half to prevent from running up the score.

Rojas scored 16 to lead the way against Sierra Lutheran, while Buhler scored 11. Buhler averaged 11 points in the three games.
