North Tahoe head coach Frank Wright also complimented the play of junior guard Noah McDermott, who played “an absolutely stellar game,” he said, particularly on the defensive end.

John Cefalu, who knocked down four 3-pointers, led South Tahoe with 14 points.

The Laker boys are now 7-9 overall and 1-2 in Mount Rose League play. South Tahoe is 7-8 overall and 1-0 in league.
