North Tahoe boys soccer received the highest honors possible in Northern Division III All-League voting.
North Tahoe junior defender Angel Guerrero was voted Most Valuable Player while his coach, Beto Alcaraz, was voted Coach of the Year after leading the Lakers to the state final.
The awards were voted on by the league’s coaches.
Aside from their highest honors, North Tahoe senior Adrian Ortega and junior Lucas Earley were voted to the first team, while seniors Garret Driller and Wildon DesLauriers and junior Chase Whitney were named to the second team.
Omar Vargas and Jose Chavez, both seniors, received honorable mention recognition.
