North Tahoe soccer | Lakers fall to Vikings

The North Tahoe soccer teams both lost against visiting South Tahoe on Thursday, the boys by a score of 3-1 and the girls 6-0.

In the boysand#8217; game, North Tahoe knotted the score at 1-1 with a goal off a corner kick just before halftime. But South Tahoe took a 2-1 lead in the 72nd minute on a goal by Edgar Hernandez.

Juan Camacho made it 3-1 in the 80th minute to seal the win and a playoff spot for the Vikings, who improved to 6-3-2 in Sierra League play. North Tahoe fell to 3-6-1 in league.

North Tahoeand#8217;s girls are also 3-6-1 in league, while South Tahoe remains undefeated at 10-0.
