North Tahoe volleyball | Lakers face Mount Rose League foes

The North Tahoe volleyball team dropped a couple of Mount Rose League matches this past Friday and Saturday, 3-0 to both Incline and South Tahoe.
The Lakers battled the visiting Highlanders tough, particularly in the first set, but fell 21-25, 18-25, 14-25.
Jordan Briggs tallied two kills and 10 digs, Lauren Willson had three kills and a block, Tilley Gibeaut had 10 digs and five service points, Jennay Argiris had seven service points and an ace, and Kylie Willson had nine digs and five service points.
The Lakers played the Vikings toughest in the final set, as they lost 14-25, 15-25, 23-25.
Jordan Briggs finished with two kills and four digs, Kylie Willson had 13 digs and one kill, Taylor Briggs had five service points and two aces, and Argiris had six digs, three service points and one kill.
UP NEXT: North Tahoe is scheduled to play at Truckee on Wednesday at 6 p.m. and at Sparks on Friday. The Lakers host South Tahoe on Saturday at 1 p.m.
