No experience is required. This one-and-a-half hour class teaches body alignment, tumbling, bar, balance beam, vault, rings and Acrosports. Learn how to use your physical structure to support your weight both vertically and when inverted. The class provides a moderate aerobic workout and a significant anaerobic workout.
