Lacrosse registration
Registration is open for youth lacrosse in North Tahoe. Age groups include U9, U11, U13 and high school. Practices begin March 16, with league play starting in mid April. Sign up at the Tahoe City PUD at 530-583-3440 or online at apm.activecommunities.com/tcpud/Activity search/2562. Questions could be directed to ntlax@att.net.
Wolverines vs. Police
The Truckee High boys basketball team will take on a team from the Truckee Police Officers Association and the local California Highway Patrol on Friday, March 18. The fundraising contest will take place in the school’s gym starting at 6 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door for $5.
