Squaw Freestyle’s Ali Kariotis eighth in dual moguls at U.S. Freestyle Championship
STRATTON MOUNTAIN, Vt. and#8212; Eliza Outtrim of Steamboat Springs, Colo., won the women’s dual moguls crown while Ali Kariotis of the Squaw Valley Freestyle Team finished eighth in the Sprint U.S. Freestyle Championship at Stratton Mountain, Vt., on Sunday.
Joe Discoe of Telluride, Colo., won the men’s event while Jeremy Cota (Carrabassett Valley, Maine) was second and Zak Watkins (Telluride, Colo.) third. Heather McPhie (Bozeman, Mont.) placed second among women and Heidi Kloser (Vail, Colo.) took third.
