Tim Jitloff wins GS as USA dominates NorAm finals opener

WHISTLER, B.C. and#8212; Tim Jitloff of Truckee grabbed his third career NorAm Cup giant slalom victory Tuesday by more than four-tenths of a second as American men swept the NorAm Finals giant slalom podium in Whistler, British Columbia.

Americans Tommy Ford and David Chodounsky rounded out the podium finishing in second (2:03.81) and third place (2:04.22), respectively.

Will Gregorak and Tommy Biesemeyer of the U.S. Ski Team grabbed the fourth and fifth positions.

NorAm racing continues Wednesday with another womenand#8217;s slalom and the men will compete in another giant slalom.
