Truckee JV soccer beats North Tahoe

After a long break, the Truckee High junior varsity girls soccer team was back on the field hosting North Tahoe.

Although Truckee was a bit out of sync, they still won the match, 3-0.

Taking advantage of their opportunities, the Wolverines scored twice in the first half on goals by Robyn Bath-Rosenfeld and Sara Swietanski.

Truckee put the game away in the second half when Shelby Macrorie took a nice cross, beat the defender and placed the ball in corner of the net.

Goalkeeper Cammie Waller and her defense shut out the Lakers for the second time this season.
