The Wolverines are scheduled to host a league match against Fernley on Wednesday at 6 p.m. Truckee then travels to Dayton on Friday.

The Truckee volleyball team improved to 4-0 in league with road wins at Spring Creek and Elko this past Friday and Saturday.

The Wolverines won both matches in straight sets, 25-23, 25-14, 25-21 at Spring Creek and 25-16, 25-6, 25-17 at Elko. Truckee, which is 7-5 overall, has yet to drop a set in its four league matches.

Against the Spartans (0-3 league, 1-6 overall), Truckee senior Anais Fay led the way with 11 kills, 10 digs and a block, while Maia Dvoracek added eight kills, four service aces, two blocks, 20 assists and eight digs.

Katie Fisher finished with seven kills, three aces and 12 digs, Maddie Haley had six kills and two blocks, and Jordan Brown had 15 assists.

Truckee dominated play against the Indians (1-3 league, 2-7 overall), with Dvoracek tallying 16 kills, three blocks and 17 assists. Brown contributed 21 assists, Fisher had eight kills and 11 digs, Haley had four kills and four blocks, and Fay had six kills and three aces.
