Mixers are social gatherings that provide an opportunity to gain new business contacts, renew existing friendships and to network and socialize within the business community. The North Lake Tahoe Chamber’s May 21 mixer was hosted by Evergreen restaurant and All Fired up in Tahoe City. Evergreen served an assortment of delicacies, including shrimp bisque, Angus beef sliders, smoked salmon crisps and eggplant and ricotta cheese toasts.
The North Lake Tahoe Chamber will be having a Business Expo on June 3, 2009 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the North Tahoe Event Center in Kings Beach. It is free and open to the public. This is an opportunity for locals to learn more about local businesses. There will be food, beer and wine available at this event.
