Truckee Donner Public Utility District
The Truckee Donner Public Utility District Board of Directors will be meeting Wednesday, September, 17 at 6 p.m. at 11570 Donner Pass Road Truckee.

11. Consideration of Adoption of the 2026–2035 Water Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). Adopt the Truckee Donner Public Utility District Water Capital Improvement Plan for 2026–2035 in substantially the form presented.
12. Consideration of Procurement for Electric Distribution System Line Sensors. Authorize the General Manager to execute a Material Purchase Contract with Gridware for electric utility distribution system line sensors in an amount not-to-exceed $770,000
13. Consideration of a Contract with Streamline for the District’s 2025 Website Project. Authorize the General Manager to enter into a special services contract with Streamline for an amount not to exceed $35,750 for the District’s 2025 Website Project and 2026 hosting, maintenance, and support.

California Tahoe Conservancy

9. Grant Program Guidelines (discussion only)
Discussion and update on the Draft Grant Program Guidelines for all Conservancy grant programs, including the Tahoe for All grant program.
10. Trail Network Improvement Grants (action)
Consideration and possible authorization of Proposition 68 funding for the following grants:
a. Resolution 25-09-02.1 authorizing a grant of up to $115,000 to the Tahoe Area Mountain Biking Association for trail network improvements on USDA Forest Service, Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit lands on the California side of the Lake Tahoe Basin.
b. Resolution 25-09-02.2 authorizing a grant of up to $115,000 to the Tahoe Rim Trail Association for trail network improvements on LTBMU lands on the California side of the Lake Tahoe Basin.
CEQA consideration: categorical exemption
11. Trailhead Relocation Grant (action) (Resolution 25-09-03)
Consideration and possible authorization of an implementation grant of up to $125,000 of Proposition 68 funding to the Tahoe Cross-Country Ski Education Association to construct Phase 1 of the Tahoe Cross-Country Ski Lodge Replacement and Expansion Project.
CEQA consideration: review and consider the Addendum to the Tahoe Cross-Country Lodge Replacement and Expansion Project Environmental Impact Report and find that the Board can rely on its previously adopted CEQA Findings.
