State tourism leader to join NTCA’s December First Tuesday Breakfast Club to share insights
TAHOE CITY, Calif. – The December edition of First Tuesday Breakfast Club, the North Tahoe Community Alliance’s virtual community forum, will feature a presentation by Lynn Carpenter, senior vice president of marketing for Visit California, on the state of tourism in California. Business owners, their representatives, and interested community members are invited to attend the virtual meeting on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
Carpenter will discuss the latest information as it relates to domestic and international visitation in the state, travel booking trends and forecasts, and initiatives Visit California is implementing to support state-wide visitation.
“We appreciate Lynn’s willingness to join us and provide updates to our community as it relates to what Visit California is doing to help support our tourism-based economy,” said Tony Karwowski, NTCA president and CEO. “In addition to her presentation, Breakfast Club attendees will also hear from NTCA staff about the new Lake Tahoe Travel brand and how it’s being implemented, and the latest regional economic insights available through our data dashboard.”
